We offer Ground Shipping on all US orders (including Hawaii and Alaska).
Item ships from our showroom in approximately 8-10 days.

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected.
Final shipping charges will be displayed during Checkout, once a shipping address has been entered and a shipping method has been selected.
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order.
If 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Confetti is not responsible for shipping charges, unless the product is damaged or a Confetti error.

Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Confetti item tags attached and any related accessories included.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Confetti reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 7-10 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.
